Normal Moles

  • A normal mole is brown, tan, or black and either flat or raised. It can be round or oval. Moles are  ¼ inch or smaller.
  • Once a mole has developed, it will usually stay the same size, shape, and color for many years. Some moles may eventually fade away.
  • Most people have moles, and almost all moles are harmless. But it's important to recognize changes in a mole – such as in its size, shape, or color – that can suggest a melanoma may be developing.
Possible   signs and symptoms of melanoma moles:

  • Changing Mole
  • Elevation, such as thickening or raising of a previously flat mole.
  • Surface, such as scaling, erosion, oozing, bleeding, or crusting.
  • Surrounding skin, such as redness, swelling, or small new patches of color around a raw area.

Consult a Doctor

It is wise to consult a doctor A.S.A.P. should you see signs or feel symptoms, of a cancerous mole.  They can progress rapidly and become life threatening within weeks.

The cancerous area I discovered in 2008,  waiting  30-45 days to see a doctor, became a death sentence.  The doctor immediately scheduled surgery to have it removed which they did also removing lymph nodes.  Then I was informed I'd waited too long, it was in Stage 4, and my life expectancy would only be improved by 10%, not warranting Chemo or Radiation Therapy.  Statistics were I had a 17% chance of 2 year survival.

I was fortunate to find a cure quickly written about in Saying No to Cancer.
I highly recommend the booklet , which shares how I recovered quickly and avoided cancer in the following years.  We underestimate the importance of balanced body ph, hydration and nutrition in maintaining wellness. These are things we can control, to avoid cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
